Non-Profit - 501(c)3 Financing

Description

Stone & Youngberg’s entry into the non-profit sector began in 1997 with the completion of the first ever variable rate issue for a California independent school.  Since then, we have led more than 70 separate non-profit organization offerings, issuing nearly $1 billion of such bonds for California clients.

Because of our focus on this sector for nearly 15 years, we understand the nuances encountered by non-profit organizations as they seek to achieve their long-term capital financing goals.

Our non-profit experience includes efforts for St. Anthony’s Foundation (addressing the needs of the homeless in San Francisco), the Public Policy Institute of California (a non-partisan “think tank” for public policy research), Painted Turtle Gang Camp Foundation (providing summer camps for children with life-threatening diseases), Arizona Christian University (adult graduate education), the Webb School (a boarding school for high school students) and Lick-Wilmerding High School (industrial arts education through college preparatory program).
