In California alone, in the 5-year period ending December 31, 2010, the firm structured as senior, sole or co-senior underwriter roughly $2.6 billion in par for water and wastewater issuers. These issues ranged in size from less than $10 million to a $1.7 billion power utility issue for the California Department of Water Resources.
Some of our California senior-managed highlights include: three financings for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California ($460 million in total) and financings for the State of California Department of Water Resources ($177 million) and Contra Costa Water District ($127 million).
